Adding a Network Certificates
Meta Quest headsets can be used on networks that require device-level certificates. Follow the links below for detailed instructions on the various management methods.

- Consumer: Contact Meta Support to set up certificate protocols.
How to Whitelist Osso Nurse Training Specific IP Ranges
The Osso Loop™ URL and certain IP ranges need to be whitelisted on the network to ensure that some features function correctly.
- URL: loop.ossovr.com
- Auto Scaling IP range: 13.91.53.*
- Ports: 30000-31000 UDP

Recommended Internet Speeds While Using Osso Nurse Training
The minimum requirement for our software is 750 Kbps per headset, but we recommend 1.5Mbps per headset when using Osso Nurse Training.
Disclaimer: Hotspots
Hotspots are not recommended as a primary source for network connections, but they can still work in emergencies. Mobile phone hotspots can provide sufficient bandwidth and speed to function, as long as users are not downloading large files or streaming content. However, hotspot connections are not always the most reliable.
